PAYMENT:
To secure your booking with M/s Urban Vibe Tours, a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total tour cost is required. This initial payment is essential to confirm your reservation and guarantee the availability of the services you have selected.
The remaining balance can be settled in two ways: either before your departure from your home country or upon your arrival in India. However, it is crucial to ensure that the full payment is made before the commencement of your tour services.
Please note that the management reserves the right to adjust the required advance payment based on the specific nature of the services booked and the time remaining until the start of your tour. This flexibility allows us to accommodate various travel plans and ensure smooth operations.
By adhering to these deposit guidelines, you can confidently look forward to a seamless and enjoyable travel experience with M/s Urban Vibe Tours.
Apart from above in some cases like Special Train Journeys, hotels or resorts bookings during the peak season ( New Year, X-Mas, New Year, Pushkar Fair, Diwali etc), full payment is required to be sent in advance.

By Online Credit Card Payment (American Express / Visa / Master Card / Discover / Diners Club).
By Online Debit Card Payment (by Master / Visa / Maestro).

By Bank / Telex Transfer to our Bank A/c.
Note:
In case of payment through credit/ debit card, 3% bank charges would be levied over and above the total amount. All payments should be free and clear of any withholding tax and deduction. Bank charges, if any, for remittance (by remitting bank or by intermediary bank) would be strictly borne by payer.
POLICY REGARDING CANCELLATION / NO SHOW / EARLY DEPARTURE:
Note: Each tour we offer has a specific cancellation policy outlined on its individual description page. The following policy applies only to tours without a stated cancellation policy.
If you need to cancel a tour without a specified cancellation policy, the following charges will apply:
- 60 days or more before arrival: 10% of the tour/service cost.
- 59 to 30 days before arrival: 20% of the tour/service cost.
- 29 to 15 days before arrival: 25% of the tour/service cost.
- 14 to 8 days before arrival: 50% of the tour/service cost.
- 7 days or less before arrival, or no-show: No refund.
Important: Please note that no refunds will be issued for cancellations made during the following periods, regardless of the reason:
- High Peak Season: December 20th to January 15th
- Festival Periods: Diwali, Dussehra, Holi, Pushkar Fair, and other major festivals.
We recommend carefully reviewing the cancellation policy for your specific tour to understand the applicable terms and conditions.
Refund / Cancellation
For any unused or unutilized services that have been pre-paid and subsequently canceled, the refund amount will be determined based on the cancellation policy outlined above. The refund will be issued to the original payer of the service.
Please be aware that processing refunds can take between 2 and 4 weeks due to standard banking procedures. If the refund is credited to a credit card or bank account, any applicable bank charges will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Mandatory Identification Documents
To confirm all bookings, we require all guests, regardless of nationality, to provide a valid photo identification. This is a standard procedure to ensure the security and accuracy of our records.
Required Documentation:
- Foreign Nationals: A clear copy of your passport and visa is necessary.
- Non-Resident Indian (NRI) Clients: Please provide a copy of your passport.
- Overseas Indian Clients with OCI/PIO Card: We require a copy of both your passport and OCI/PIO card.
- Domestic Clients: A copy of your driving license, voter ID card, or passport will suffice.
